Effective change in management concept and promote comprehensively the construction of hospital internal control

In order to carry out the spirit of the Group's 2019 Working Meeting, we comprehensively promote Group management, promote the transformation of management concepts of the Group's medical institutions, and raise the level of internal control and risk management, the Group held a training session in Beijing on June 11. The group's executive vice president (general manager) Gao Jianhua, chief accountant Wang Wenhua, Vice President Zhao Xiaolan, Li Hongxiu and other leaders of the Finance Department, the Legal Department, the Personnel Department, the Purchasing Management Department, and the General Department attended the meeting. The 16 companies and hospital managers of the group attended the meeting through video.


The conference advances the construction of internal control system as the core, and establishes a scientific and efficient internal control management platform, which has practical significance in the current situation of hospital construction entering a new stage of reform and development.


Gao Jianhua pointed out that at present, the internal control environment of hospitals generally has problems of weak foundation, and internal control system is also generally not perfect enough.

 

He asked the companies and hospitals to unify their ideas, deeply understand the current problems, establish and implement a set of scientific and effective internal control system, so as to better deal with the external business environment. We have to create a good environment and atmosphere for the group to achieve the strategic goal of becoming "domestic leading and internationally renowned entity".


At the same time, he asked companies and hospitals to properly handle the relationship between internal control construction and hospital business development and to improve the relevance of the various systems. And he hoped that leaders and managers at all levels will keep their feet on the ground and make new contributions to the Group's strategic objectives.

 

Group departments and subordinate hospitals respectively made a comprehensive summary of asset management work and experience sharing. And in particular, Ms. Wu Yao, an internal control expert, was invited to give a wonderful lecture on the internal control construction under the modern hospital management system.

 

 


From the perspective of lean management, Li Hongxiu shared his speech on how to do a good job in building an internal control system. He emphasized that there is no contradiction between the lean management and internal control construction carried out by the Group, and even complement each other. Both are important management components to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.

 

The training meeting is a mobilization meeting for the group's work towards science, as well as an experience sharing meeting for finding and analyzing problems. It is of great significance to unify the group's thinking, deeply understand and develop the internal control construction system, and will promote the orderly and stable development of the Group's medical and health undertakings.
